We welcome walk-in enquiries during business hours, but appointments are required for all services. This ensures we can give your pet the full attention they deserve without rushing.
If you're considering our services for the first time, we're happy to show you around our facilities and answer any questions. These brief facility tours are available Monday through Friday between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PMājust stop by during those hours.
What to Expect When You Contact Us
When you reach out via email, we typically respond within one business day. We'll discuss your pet's needs, answer questions about our services, and help you choose the most appropriate option.
For service bookings, we'll need some basic information: your pet's species and breed, approximate age, any relevant health or behavioral considerations, and your preferred dates and times. This helps us prepare appropriately and ensure we can accommodate your needs.
Directions
We're located in the Notting Hill area of London, easily accessible by public transport. The nearest Underground station is Ladbroke Grove (Hammersmith & City and Circle lines), approximately a 7-minute walk from our location.
Street parking is available but can be limited during peak hours. We recommend using public transport when possible or arriving slightly early if you're driving.
What Happens After You Book
Once your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with all the details including date, time, service description, pricing, and what to bring. We'll also send a reminder 48 hours before your appointment.
If you need to reschedule or have questions before your appointment, just reply to the confirmation email or contact us during business hours.
