We take our time to ensure your pet feels comfortable throughout the process. Average session duration: 90-120 minutes depending on breed and coat condition.
One-on-one consultation sessions last approximately 75 minutes and address specific behavioral challenges such as excessive barking, separation anxiety, aggression toward other animals, leash reactivity, destructive behaviors, or litter box avoidance. We use positive reinforcement techniques exclusively and provide detailed written recommendations you can implement at home. Follow-up support included via email for two weeks post-consultation.
Comprehensive evaluation of your pet's overall health and lifestyle. We examine body condition, coat and skin quality, mobility and gait, dental health, and energy levels. Assessment includes discussion of current diet, exercise routine, and any concerning symptoms. You'll receive a detailed report with recommendations for nutrition, supplements, exercise modifications, and preventive care strategies. This is not a veterinary examination but complements regular vet visits.
Supervised daycare from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM provides socialization opportunities with compatible animals, structured play sessions, rest periods in quiet spaces, mental enrichment activities, and outdoor exercise in secure areas. We maintain small group sizes to ensure adequate supervision. All participants must be current on vaccinations and undergo a temperament evaluation before their first day. We help you understand ingredient quality, appropriate portion sizes, feeding schedules, and whether supplements might be beneficial. Recommendations are practical and consider your budget constraints. We don't sell food products, so our advice is unbiased. Session includes meal plan creation and shopping guidance.
Specialized service for aging pets focuses on maintaining quality of life as physical capabilities change. Services include gentle exercise programs adapted to mobility limitations, joint support strategies, cognitive stimulation activities to slow mental decline, pain management consultation (working with your vet), and end-of-life quality assessment discussions. We understand the emotional weight of caring for senior pets and approach these conversations with sensitivity.
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a 50% fee. We understand emergencies happen—contact us if exceptional circumstances arise.
For grooming services, please ensure your pet has been recently fed (but not immediately before arrival) and has had an opportunity to relieve themselves. For daycare, bring any medications with clear instructions, and your pet's regular food if they're on a specific diet.
All animals must be current on vaccinations appropriate to their species. We may request proof of vaccination records. If your pet has any contagious conditions, please reschedule until they've recovered.
We work with pets of all temperaments, but if your animal has a history of aggressive behavior toward people or other animals, please inform us during booking so we can take appropriate precautions and determine if we're the right fit.
